How quickly will my order ship?
Many of our items are made to order. Please allow up to two weeks for your order to ship, although it will most likely ship faster.
Can I return a purchase?
If you are unhappy with a purchase, please contact us at email@example.com to start the return process. We are happy to return or exchange items in good condition within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days, items may be exchanged for store credit. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs and original shipping charges can not be refunded.
How can I order a repair?
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have a repair request. Repairs can be handled in-person if you are local to Laguna Beach, California or by mail.
Where is your jewelry made?
All of our jewelry is fabricated by hand at our studio in southern California; small variations as well as possible visible solder seams are to be expected and are part of the handmade aesthetic.
How should I care for my jewelry?
Metal tarnishes when it is exposed to air and moisture. The best way to remove it is with polishing cloths. Chemical polishing dips can damage metal and are potentially harmful for chains. Chemicals, perfume, chlorine-treated water, and hair spray, among other things, can all affect metal, so it’s best to avoid contact whenever possible. Jewelry should be stored away from air and moisture when not being worn.
